Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the personal dignity and privacy of all residents are maintained at all times, handling sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to undertake and complete delegated tasks efficiently.
  • Adhere to the Positive Wellbeing Model of Care when performing position responsibilities.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate completion of care plans and documentation.

Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification.
  • Completion of HLTHPS006 – Assist clients with medication unit of competency.
  • Certificate IV in Ageing Support (Aged Care).
  • Possession of a current National Police Certificate.
  • Valid Australian Work Rights.
