Reliable Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the team at our Fulfillment Center in Kemps Creek.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Area Manager, holding responsibilities specific to their process path. Key job responsibilities include:

  • Supporting departments as required
  • Daily management of department duties, including labor allocation, meeting facilitation, and task assignment
  • Covering for Area Managers
  • Policy enforcement, attendance tracking, and reporting
  • ATS/labor hour tracking and reporting
  • Providing on-the-job training and SOP verification
  • Ensuring successful area performance through associate performance tracking and feedback
  • Participating in Operational Excellence initiatives
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment and identifying safety hazards
  • Coaching associates on safe working practices

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • 6+ months of Amazon Operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Leadership experience directly managing others
  • Experience working within a similar field (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail)
  • Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement

Average annual salary: AU$65,000 - AU$85,000 based on location and experience
