Service Technician Job Summary

The primary objective of this role is to conduct service and maintenance on equipment at customer sites. This will involve conducting inspections, repairs, and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team. The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering, as well as experience working with heights and EWP tickets.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting regular site visits to provide maintenance and repair services
  • Carrying out diagnostic tests to identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and communicating with clients effectively
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering
  • Experience working with heights and EWP tickets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Exceptional customer service skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
