Exciting Opportunity for a People and Culture Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity that offers a hybrid work arrangement, with two days of work-from-home flexibility.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients on People and Culture policies, promoting compliance, and facilitating best practice outcomes. They will also identify and deliver People and Culture initiatives in partnership with other People teams to build performance that supports people and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice to clients on People and Culture policies and procedures
  • Identify and deliver People and Culture initiatives to build performance and support business objectives
  • Assist the People and Culture Manager with all people-related queries and operational lifecycle
  • Assist with and coordinate recruitment and selection programs and processes
  • Comply with HSE Policy and applicable regulatory and company HSE rules and requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Tertiary qualification in HR, IR, Psychology, or Business-related discipline
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resource principles, policies, processes, and employment legislation
  • Comprehensive experience in fast-paced end-to-end recruitment with the ability to facilitate open days and drive bulk recruitment activities
  • Natural ability to learn new talent management systems and processes quickly
  • Sound communication skills with the ability to present complex information simply, clearly, and succinctly
