Job Title: Financial Assistance Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Assistance Coordinator to join our team at Great Southern Bank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in managing the day-to-day actions related to our Financial Assistance/Hardship framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, including pre and post Financial Assistance, as well as an element of Collections where appropriate
  • Assess and process online and digital requests for assistance
  • Ensure customer records are a true reflection of the current situation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the Financial Services industry and experience working within regulatory standards associated with collections and Hardship practices
  • Demonstrated understanding of the NCCP and APP guidelines
  • Experience in working in a call centre environment
