The role of Asset Data Officer falls under the Capital Works & Asset Management Team within a local health district.
About the Position:- Capture and manage data related to building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment across facilities.
- Ensure accurate interpretation and categorization of asset information in accordance with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure Nomenclature guidelines.
- Maintain consistent data capture for upload into internal computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Undertake thorough data collection of assets to ensure comprehensive understanding of location, condition, manufacturer, model, serial number, type, criticality, and function.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective data management strategies.
- Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in infrastructure, plant, and equipment management.
- Proven technical skills in areas such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire-related plant and equipment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in time management and organizational skills.
- A current driver's license is essential, with a willingness to travel as required.
