We are seeking a Women & Girls Engagement Coordinator to join our team and lead change in the golf industry.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering resources to support the 10 Year Vision
  • Designing and creating resources for women and girls golf experiences
  • Analyzing data and reporting on progress
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver women and girls projects
  • Supporting and developing our Diversity and Inclusion strategy
  • Coordinating activations for women and girls at Major Events

To succeed, you will need strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sport. You should also have a degree in Sports Management or Business.

Bonus points if you have experience in Diversity & Inclusion and Women & Girls initiatives
