Job Title: Behaviour Support Team Lead As a Behaviour Support Team Lead, you will have the opportunity to guide and mentor Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality support. You will be responsible for reviewing behaviour support plans and clinical reports to ensure best practice. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Guide and mentor Behaviour Support Practitioners to deliver high-quality support.
  • Review behaviour support plans and clinical reports to ensure best practice.
  • Mentor your team to work collaboratively and effectively.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain open communication channels.
  • Deliver services in the community, including in-home support and administration tasks from home.
 Requirements: 
  • Advanced NDIS Commission registration as a Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, supervising, and supporting others.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.
  • Passion for working with people with disability.
  • Willingness to provide in-home and community-based services.
  • Full driver's licence and reliable transport.
