Becoming a business partner with Specsavers offers the chance to run your own audiology practice while having access to their support and resources.

The Toowoomba Grand Central, Toowoomba Newtown and Warwick Rose City locations are well-established businesses with a loyal customer base. This presents an exciting opportunity to expand their audiology services and further grow the business.

To support the growth of the audiology business, these stores now have two Audiology Clinic Managers and an Audiology Professional servicing customers.

As a Specsavers Business Partner, you will reap the rewards of your hard work without compromising on customer care. You will join a team that prioritizes people, where doing right by the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

Requirements:

  • Hold or be eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body (Audiology Australia or The Hearing Aid Audiometrist Society of Australia or The Australian College of Audiology).
  • Have two years' clinical experience post obtaining QP.
  • Possess a high level of interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to build strategic working relationships.
  • Be able to lead and work collaboratively to achieve desired business outcomes.
