Key Role

The role of Sales Support Administrator is to provide essential administrative assistance to our sales team, enabling them to focus on expanding the business and nurturing key client relationships.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for customer liaison, charter quoting, marketing support, and general office-based tasks. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer liaison and follow-ups, ensuring consistent quoting across the state for charter work.

  • Handle initial charter and customer enquiries with professionalism.
  • Process bookings in alignment with customer needs and preferences.
  • Support marketing efforts to promote business initiatives and achievements.
  • Coordinate onsite events and functions as needed.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and support the Sales Manager and Sales Specialists.
Required Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, customer service, or general administration, combined with exceptional organisational and time management skills and a keen eye for detail. They should be effective in a team setting, demonstrating strong integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internal systems is also required.
