Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Mount Nasura, Western Australia. As a Senior Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs for children aged 0-5 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs
- Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices
- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children
- Develop and maintain relationships with children, families, and the community

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
