Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Mount Nasura. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Collaborate with senior educators and the educational leader to enhance learning programs and achieve educational goals

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Western Australia Working with Children Check
