We are seeking a highly skilled Premier Logistics Coordinator to lead our packing and removals team in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing logistics operations, with expertise in coordinating the movement of goods and supplies. They will be responsible for overseeing the packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of client belongings, ensuring that all items are handled with care and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Manage and coordinate the packing and removals team to meet service delivery targets and customer expectations.
  • Packing and Loading: Oversee the packing, loading, transportation, and unloading of customer belongings with a focus on quality and care.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and place orders for packing supplies as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive, safety-conscious work culture and provide coaching and development to team members.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in a packing/removals management role within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
