Our organization is seeking a senior hospitality professional to oversee all food services, including bulk cooking, function and conference catering, as well as meal services provided at external locations. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive a culture of teamwork, openness, responsibility and passion for quality.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership and people management role, including rostering and budgets. Strong awareness and management of allergens in a food service environment is also essential.

This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from senior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead by example, providing guidance on organisational and daily goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Manage front-of-house teams, ensuring compliance with contract and service standards
  • People management, including managing performance-related issues

Ideal Candidate:

  • A minimum certificate 3 in hospitality and RSA
  • Previous experience in a leadership and people management role, including rostering and budgets
  • HACCP food handling experience
  • Strong awareness and management of allergens in a food service environment
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and confidence to make operational decisions with support from senior colleagues
