Job Role Summary

This role provides support to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties by delivering tailored solutions that align with our policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Assist customers and/or their financial advisors in navigating financial obligations through various channels, including phone, email, and written communication.
  • Eligibility Assessment: Evaluate customer eligibility for a range of solutions based on their individual circumstances and monitor ongoing agreements to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer calls within delegated authority levels, escalate priority issues, and maintain the accuracy and integrity of customer data.
