We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Support Representative. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding service while supporting our sales team and contributing to the success of our business.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to solve problems quickly and effectively, and have experience with customer order processing, ideally using ERP systems. A background in Customer Service or Logistics is desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Process and track orders from receipt to delivery and invoicing
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Support the sales team with day-to-day needs and build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners
As a successful candidate, you will be someone who:

- Has a strong work ethic and can prioritize tasks effectively
