Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our Customer Service Team as a key player in delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling customer order entry, invoicing & credits, providing support to the Sales Team, and maintaining administration & record maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer orders, invoices, and credits
  • Supporting the Sales Team to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining accurate records and administration

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Minimum one year's experience in a customer service role involving data entry & phones
