We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Consultant to join our team. As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
- Maintaining positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and providing the best possible outcomes for our customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a national based portfolio of motor claims
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain positive working relationships
The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service experience, ideally within a claim's environment. Insurance knowledge/background is highly desirable.
