About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SMP Project Coordinator to join our team at Pinjarra, Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic site team, contributing to the planning and development of SMP workpacks on a major project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination Develop and maintain detailed workpacks for SMP activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
  • Scheduling and Monitoring Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress using MS Projects to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Collaboration and Communication Collaborate with site teams, engineers, and supervisors to gather necessary information for project kickoffs to completion.
  • Workpack Development Ensure all workpacks include detailed instructions, materials, and resources required for successful execution.
  • Adaptability and Risk Management Regularly update and adjust workplans to accommodate changes in project scope or site conditions.
  • Site Support and Compliance Conduct site visits and liaise with field teams to ensure the smooth execution of all work scopes.
  • Risk Identification and Mitigation Assist in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance with safety and quality requirements.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience and Skills Proven experience in a Scheduling and project engineering role, ideally within SMP or similar industries.
  • Technical Proficiency Strong proficiency in MS Projects for planning, scheduling, and project tracking.
  • Industry Knowledge Experience working on site-based projects and familiarity with site conditions and challenges.
  • Soft Skills Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Communication and Teamwork Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.
  • HSE Awareness Knowledge of HSE practices and a commitment to safety on site.
