Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert legal advice on commercial transactions, disputes and compliance matters related to energy business.
Advise on project transactions, regulatory obligations and compliance related to water operations and projects.
Offer ad-hoc legal support to various functions including finance and IT.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external legal providers.
Lead efforts to update and standardize legal templates and agreements.
Provide legal training and guidance to internal teams.
Maintain high standards of workplace practices in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Licenced to practice law (LLB, JD or equivalent)
- 3-6 years post-qualification experience from a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Proven expertise in contract law; experience in property law is an advantage
- Demonstrated ability in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
