Product Manager - Lead the Development of Innovative Solutions


Role Summary

The Product Manager will play a key role in leading the development of product disclosure materials for new propositions and overseeing their ongoing lifecycle management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and continuously update content for disclosure documents to ensure alignment with new product features, regulatory changes, and evolving legislation.
  • Ensure business readiness for product launches by developing and delivering training materials.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to drive key initiatives, providing input into business requirements and product design.
  • Deliver new products and associated offer documents successfully.
  • Provide ongoing sales support, addressing product-related queries and contributing to submissions for new business opportunities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services, with a focus on managing IDPS, Super, and Unregistered Managed Investment Schemes.
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative and technical rules governing IDPS, Super, and Unregistered Managed Investment Schemes.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deliver results within deadlines.
