Cultural Enrichment Coordinator

As a Recreational Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for designing and implementing activities that cater to the diverse needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement an activity program that addresses the physical, social, cultural, spiritual, emotional, and recreational needs of residents.
- Conduct thorough assessments of resident needs and create meaningful programs.
- Coordinate with community groups to promote public relations and maintain a monthly schedule of activities.
- Manage accurate records of resident participation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Train and supervise volunteers to support resident engagement.
- Two years of experience in healthcare programming.
- A valid driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
