Food and Beverage Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Coach in Ringwood. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

The Coach is a modern dining and entertainment complex located in the heart of Ringwood, offering a family-friendly environment and an extensive a la carte menu. Our team is passionate about providing quality customer service and catering to all our guests' needs.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, your duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and taking orders from guests
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including dining tables, service stations, and kitchen areas
  • Working effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience
  • Addressing and resolving any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally

We are looking for someone with:

  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
  • Food Handlers Certificate
  • Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling Certificate (RSG)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
