At Adbri, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Claims and Injury Management Specialist to join our team in Adelaide. This key role is instrumental in driving real recovery outcomes for injured employees.

The Role

This position involves managing workers compensation claims and developing tailored return-to-work programs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful rehabilitation of injured staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement return-to-work plans in line with Adbri standards and legislation.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, providers, and regulators.
  • Coordinate case conferences and ensure timely claim documentation.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant laws and systems.
  • Support reporting and continuous improvement in injury management processes.
What You Will Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • 3+ years' experience in injury and claims management, preferably in self-insured environments.
  • Knowledge of SA workers compensation legislation (WA and other states desirable).
  • Experience managing return-to-work plans and using claims management platforms.
  • Strong communication and project coordination skills.
  • Experience working in a similar industry desirable.
