About the Role

As a Senior Project Engineer at Ausenco, you will have the opportunity to manage office or onsite activities, ensuring the successful delivery of the project on time, to budget, and in accordance with Ausenco's objectives.

  • Effectively manage and coordinate project activities and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Lead a team of engineers and technical support personnel in completing the assigned scope.
  • Manage the work in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
  • Maintain a professional and functional relationship with client personnel.
  • Unwavering dedication to safety and proven ability to achieve deadlines.

About You

  • Engineering degree from a recognized tertiary institute or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in mining and minerals studies and/or projects.
  • EPCM/EPC experience, including supervision of contractors and field personnel, is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in process plants and mining projects in operations or construction is essential.
  • Substantial exposure to project scheduling, planning, cost control, estimating, and reporting.
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to develop rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong safety focus with demonstrated evidence of actively promoting and sustaining a Zero harm environment.
