We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to lead our educational programs in Rouse Hill. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the learning experiences of children aged 5-12.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
  • Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role.
  • Sound, practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF, EYLF, and My Time Our Place.
  • Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
