**Job Description**

We are seeking enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. As a key member of our Assembly Lines, you will be responsible for hands-on tasks such as cutting and installing insulation, assembling panels, and fitting componentry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Cut and install insulation on panels, assemble panels into chassis sub-frames, and fit componentry onto bases.
  • Fit fan assemblies, tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets.
  • Follow job sheets and engineering drawings, identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions, and demonstrate safe work practices.
  • Provide flexibility by working in all areas of production as needed, including preparation of coils, fitting and brazing metal components, and assisting other assembly functions.

**Requirements**

  • Basic knowledge of handling hand tools.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and dimensions.
  • Strong understanding of safe work practices is essential.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with an Australian driver's license, reliable transport, and work eligibility.
