About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and contemporary Chief Digital Services Officer (CDSO) to drive the digital and information technology strategy at Bendigo Health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transforming our digital landscape, aligning IT initiatives with strategic goals, and ensuring our systems support high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the executive team, the CDSO will play a critical role in advancing the organisation's technological capabilities and ensuring innovation drives improvements in service delivery and operational efficiency.

About You:

To be successful, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications relevant to the requirements of the role with postgraduate studies.
  • High-level experience in ICT shared services, project management, and change/transformation management.
  • Broad Health industry Chief Information Officer or General Manager experience, reporting to the CEO.
  • Experience of a senior leadership role within a health-related group or large service-based organisation.

Salary is in line with the relevant government agreement and relocation assistance may be negotiated for the successful candidate.

Directors of Clinical Information Systems, Architecture & Applications, Information Technology Services, as well as the Clinical Informatics Officer.
