Key Position Overview

The organization seeks a skilled Services Consultant to lead the implementation of its IT Complete Suite for new SMB and mid-market customers.

As a key member of the team, you will take onboarding and implementation projects across various regions, including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and security tools.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, technical documentation, and stakeholder engagement. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities include leading project teams, conducting discovery sessions, and providing expert guidance on system configuration and setup.

The successful candidate will have 2–3+ years' experience in IT implementations, consulting, or technical project delivery.

A working knowledge of PSA systems, CRM, ERP, RMM, and SaaS ecosystems is required. Familiarity with networking concepts, Windows Server environments, and virtualization platforms is also beneficial.
