Operational Food Service Manager

This role involves ensuring that food service quality and safety standards are adhered to, as per the facilities food safety program.
The successful applicant will be responsible for monitoring kitchen operating systems, materials, equipment, environmental, utilities and staffing needs to ensure maximum efficiency and high standard of reliability.
They will also assist with maintenance of a safe working environment, including safe work practices and use of safety equipment.
In addition, they will participate in Performance Appraisal and Development process.
They will instigate and participate in Quality Management activities in the kitchen.
Furthermore, they will use resources economically in food preparation and service delivery to meet Benchmark requirements.
Lastly, they will practice within boundaries and adhere to Policies and Procedures of the organization.
