About us:
The Woorabinda Multipurpose Health Service provides first-line healthcare for the people of Woorabinda and surrounding rural communities. The service employs 63 staff members who deliver various health services, including accident and emergency care, hospital inpatient care, community home support services, and more.
Duaringa - Central Queensland Highlands
About the role- Ensure compliance with food safety standards by monitoring kitchen operations and implementing quality management activities.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain a safe working environment and promote cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with performance appraisal and development processes.
- Economically utilize resources to meet benchmark requirements.
- Promote adherence to policies and procedures at Woorabinda Hospital.
- Supervise staff and support human resources management practices, including workplace health and safety, employment equity, anti-discrimination, and ethics.
A background in the food service industry would be beneficial, along with good communication and computer skills. Completion of the Food Safety Supervisor course is required for the successful applicant.
What we offerTotal remuneration value includes:
- An hourly rate between $41.84 and $43.86 per hour.
