Our organization is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to maintain our state-of-the-art facility to a high standard.

  • Requires experience in building maintenance, gardening and landscaping
  • Aged care industry knowledge is desirable
  • Thorough understanding of all legislative requirements pertaining to maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks including use of tools and equipment

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, respect for residents and colleagues, and be able to make informed decisions about costs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the facility to a high standard
  • Assist with gardening and landscaping
  • Perform a range of tasks including use of tools and equipment
  • Contribute to after-hours maintenance requirements
  • Supervise and monitor facilities and systems
