Project Lead - Infrastructure Upgrade

Leading the charge for infrastructure upgrades across the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) requires a seasoned professional who can effectively manage projects from inception to completion.

We seek an accomplished project lead to join our team and spearhead critical infrastructure upgrades. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting and leading a high-performing team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

  • Strategic Project Management: Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects, including team recruitment, program execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
  • Contractual Compliance: Ensure contractual compliance, manage risks and opportunities, and drive project profitability through accurate forecasting and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Safety Culture Champion: Foster a strong safety culture, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing team aligned with our values, fostering a collaborative and client-focused culture.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in project management working in infrastructure services.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, strategic problem-solving ability, and a solid grasp of commercial, financial, safety, and quality management are essential for this role.
