We are currently seeking two experienced professionals to join our planning team as Senior Urban Planners. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing high-quality planning advice and support to ensure effective management of school infrastructure projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Town Planning, with a strong understanding of the NSW Planning system and relevant legislation. They will be confident in their ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert planning advice and guidance to support the delivery of school upgrades and maintenance works
  • Work closely with Asset Management teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practice
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and policies to drive sustainable outcomes for school infrastructure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the NSW Planning system and relevant legislation
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Town Planning, with a focus on statutory planning support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Aptitude for working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
