Job Title: Land Planner

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Land Planner to join our team on a 12-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing plans and policies for the controlled use of urban and rural land.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor project schedules and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Perform detailed reviews of contractor schedules and identify potential issues or risks.
  • Collaborate with specialist teams to contribute to rigorous project planning, scheduling, and reporting.
Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications in Town Planning.
  • Strong knowledge of Rezoning and best practices in working collaboratively with specialist teams.
