The Mater Education team is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to join their team in Townsville.

About the Role

This permanent, full-time position involves delivering and assessing education and training within the Registered Training Organisation.

  • Deliver and assess education and training in accordance with industry standards.
  • Manage student progress and provide educational support to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Utilise flexible, blended and inclusive learning techniques for diverse student cohorts.
  • Design, develop, implement and evaluate teaching resources aligned with industry standards.
  • Engage in continuous improvement to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in the relevant health industry sector.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector and experience working within an RTO environment.
  • Detailed knowledge of the relevant profession and accreditation requirements.
