About the Opportunity

This role involves servicing and expanding existing client portfolios, negotiating new business, renewals, and endorsements, as well as delivering exceptional customer support and management. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Servicing and expanding existing insurance portfolios to increase revenue growth
  • Negotiating and processing new business, renewals, and endorsements to drive sales performance
  • Providing outstanding customer service and management to ensure client satisfaction
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients and insurers to drive business expansion
About You

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional with:

  • A proven track record of managing and growing client portfolios
  • Minimum 2 years experience in insurance broking
  • Tier 1 qualification or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of general insurance product lines
  • Proficiency in technology and insurance software
  • A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to deliver excellent customer service
