Job Title: Visitor Experience Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team at the Adelaide Hills, where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Visitor Experience Officer, you will be responsible for managing initial enquiries and bookings, welcoming and checking in guests, and addressing their needs on-site.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities effectively. You will also be comfortable working across various platforms and with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service to a diverse range of customers
  • Manage general administrative duties and ensure the reception area remains stocked, clean, and presentable
  • Handle payments for day visitors and campers, and manage sales of merchandise and supplies
  • Provide feedback from guests/visitors to improve current offerings and support the development of new products and experiences

Requirements:

  • Thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Comfortable working across various platforms and with multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • First Aid
  • Current and unrestricted Drivers Licence
  • RAN Certificate (Responding to Abuse and Neglect)
