Job Title: Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team to provide superior solutions to clients. The successful candidate will be an SME for wireless, Palo Alto & SD-WAN technologies and have expertise in migrating client networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Representing the TechM NOC team to Boral clients.
  • Managing a team of 15 members, both onshore and offshore.
  • Designing and implementing new sites according to client requirements.
  • Creating Bills of Materials and coordinating with suppliers.
  • Providing architectural expertise and guidance to design engineering teams.

Technical Skills:

  • Routing and Switching.
  • Firewall and Wireless.

Desirable Skills:

  • Aruba Clearpass (NAC).
  • Palo ALTO Firewalls.
  • Riverbed EX (SDWAN).
  • AWS Cloud.
  • MEGAPort integration.
  • Network designing.

About this Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work under pressure, and have strong communication skills. They must also be proficient in cloud-based migration solutions.
