About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Director to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Director, you will play a key role in leading and managing the educational programs and services within our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the educational programs and services within the centre, ensuring they are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Develop and implement educational policies and procedures that promote high-quality learning and care for children.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement strategies to improve educational outcomes for children.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to support their professional development and improve their practice.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide initiatives and projects that promote high-quality learning and care for children.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing educational programs and services within a childcare centre.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
