Mixology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Mixology Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain a vibrant bar environment.

• Deliver prompt and professional service to guests by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Follow RSA guidelines and liquor licensing laws; ensure certifications remain current.
• Perform standard bar setup, operation, and closing procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all service areas and bar stations.
• Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions; manage shift revenue and reconciliations.
• Support inventory management, ordering, and stock control processes.
• Create seasonal cocktails in line with current trends and guest preferences.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership for seamless service across all meal periods.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in scheduled training and compliance programs.
