  • Lead and manage the content team to deliver accurate, engaging, and actionable content.
  • Drive content ideation, prioritisation, and performance optimisation using audience insights and engagement data.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-quality written, photographic, video, and social media content.
  • Apply advanced SEO strategies to maximise visibility of content.
  • Ensure all content meets legal and ethical journalism standards.
  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and tools, including AI and content automation.

Key Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification in journalism, communications, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in automotive journalism with a strong portfolio.
  • Deep knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident on-camera presence and experience with television or video presenting.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices.
  • A proven track record of leading and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • A desire and willingness to challenge the status quo to drive innovation and impact.
