Leadership Position - Earthworks Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the smooth execution of earthworks and concrete projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in managing large work crews and coordinating daily operations.

About the Role:

This position requires an individual with excellent monitoring and coordination skills, who can ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards. The successful candidate will also be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising work activities, as well as providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project progress to guarantee on-time completion, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Lead and coordinate daily labor, plant, materials, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement safety protocols through our "Safety is My Way" initiative.
  • Maintain open communication with teams to ensure they have required resources and meet productivity targets.
  • Drive productivity by managing team and subcontractor performance.
  • Participate in site meetings, including toolboxes, pre-starts, inductions, and health and safety requirements.
