Customer Experience Specialist

The OpportunityThis is a 6 Month Fixed Term position working Monday - Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm with two days of flexible working from home per week. Why you want to work for us:

You will be responsible for effectively managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your key tasks include:
- Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged by our customers
- Accurately capture data and work to realistic Key Performance Indicators
- Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customers both internal and external
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- 12 months experience working on a helpdesk or call centre (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail
