National Corporate Account Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage a high-value portfolio of private hospital and corporate healthcare accounts across Australia and New Zealand.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and strategy, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

They will be able to develop and implement strategic account plans, work closely with customers to understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.

The role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a broader team.

The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne or Brisbane and will be required to travel nationally.

The position offers attractive remuneration, including a generous car allowance, career development opportunities, and a tight-knit team environment.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans in collaboration with divisional and regional managers.
  • Manage a high-value national portfolio across Private Hospitals, Public Health Boards, and Corporate Healthcare Accounts.
  • Work across business units to deliver customer-centric sales, marketing, and clinical engagement initiatives.
  • Promote capital equipment and consumable offerings across CSSD, Infection Control, Endoscopy, and Technical departments.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across sales, technical support, and product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide regular market and customer feedback to inform strategy and innovation.
