Marketing Manager Role

The role of the Marketing Manager is to execute a range of marketing activities across various channels. This includes developing and optimising email marketing campaigns, briefing assets, managing campaign timelines, and coordinating approvals.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organised operator with experience in brand or marketing roles, preferably in a regulated industry. They will have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, electronic direct mail (EDM) building, and basic automation workflows, as well as familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) content tools and the initiative to use them well.

The Marketing Manager will work closely with the team to support sales enablement with branded materials, education tools, and content. They will also maintain quality and compliance across all touchpoints and track performance to help optimise what's working and what's not.
