Home Health Care Nurse

**Job Description:**
Casual Home Health Care Nurses play a vital role in delivering quality care to patients in their own homes. As a Casual Home Health Care Nurse, you will provide essential medical support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Provide wound care and management
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in home health care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
