Sushi Artisan

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Sushi Artisan. The ideal candidate will possess experience in preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes.

• Prepare and cook sushi ingredients according to recipes and presentation standards, adhering to culinary best practices.
• Assemble and garnish sushi dishes for optimal presentation, taking into account visual appeal and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for all staff members.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and customer demands while providing exceptional service.

• Prior experience as a Sushi Maker or similar culinary role is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques is essential for this position.
• The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
