We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in providing high-quality therapy services to individuals with disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver goal-directed therapy services to children and adults. Your expertise will focus on developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, conducting assessments, and providing education to clients, families, and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Early Childhood Intervention services to children 0-7 years, building on each family's strengths.
  • Conduct assessments and develop goal-directed therapy plans for individuals with learning, language, communication, feeding, sensory, intellectual, physical, and cognitive difficulties.
  • Provide education to clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support community participation and independence.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve individualized goals and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and registration with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA).
  • Valid, non-restricted drivers' license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
