Electrical Engineering Work-Based Learning Professional

The Electrical Engineering Work-Based Learning Practitioner plays a pivotal role in assessing learners and ensuring compliance with Awarding Organisation requirements.
This position requires industry experience in Electrical Engineering and the ability to manage a caseload of learners, undertake Training Needs Analysis, facilitate enrollment in suitable courses, and provide coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess learners in Electrical Engineering and related subjects
- Manage a caseload of learners effectively
- Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis
- Facilitate enrollment in relevant courses
- Provide expert coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities
- Relevant qualification at minimum Level 3 or equivalent
- TAQA Assessors qualification
- Quality Assurance qualification (currently Unit 401)
- English and Maths qualifications at Grade 4 (C) or above
- Digital Literacy Level 2 qualification
- Liaising with external managers in the industry
- Maintenance and development of quality standards within education
- Proficiency in digital technologies tools and applications
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
